We have had over 20 moves using the big nationwide removals companies, but this was our first with Langdon Removals, going from the UK to Germany. From the first contact with Natalie, they were totally professional, dealing with everything including issues with customs and limited access in Germany that required vans for the last bit because of narrow lanes. Chris and Louie were great, including directing a local team that they had organised, to ensure everything was put exactly where we wanted it. They rebuilt our bed and offered to rebuild all the other furniture and unpack, something we have always done ourselves. They cleared up as they worked ensuring everything was neat and tidy. They even told us to contact them when ready so they could collect all the old boxes, paper and plastic wrappings. We will definitely be contacting Langdon Removals when it is time to return to the UK. They were so much better than all the previous removals teams we have had.
