Planning: We suggest you contact us as soon as you can, you don’t need to know your exact dates, but we’ll be able to give you the help and advice that will make the whole job a lot easier. There are some basic decisions you can begin to make depending on if you’re upsizing or downsizing, and if you want to dismantle and pack everything for yourself or allow us to take care of it all for you. We might need to visit you to give you a quote, but we can usually do this over the phone.
Packing: We will provide all packing materials free of charge, and deliver to you free if you’re doing your own packing. Boxes are returnable and there’s no deposit to pay.
Insurance: We are members of the British Association of Removers, which guarantees that all items packed by us are safely insured against any breakages. We can also help you with insurance against last minute cancellation and late key delays. (Can we add to this?)
Storage: Anything that you decide you don’t need immediately can be placed into our secure storage. We can provide a storage container for you /us to pack into as part of your move, and store this on a weekly or monthly contract basis. Alternatively we can leave this with you at any time before your move, or you can bring your items to our Bristol warehouse and pack there.
Large items can be blanket wrapped and stored securely on our dedicated racking.
